HR Driver – Sydney Metro Deliveries | Prospect Location

Our client is a leading Australian privately owned transport company, specialising in a diverse range of freight solutions, including specialised freight and 3PL/distribution services. Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking experienced HR Drivers to join their team based in Prospect .

The Role

You will be responsible for completing Sydney Metro deliveries and pickups, ensuring freight is transported safely, efficiently, and on time while providing excellent customer service.

Hours

- Monday to Friday
- Predominantly 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Flexibility with start and finish times is required

Pay Rate

- $39.00 per hour plus applicable penalties

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Sydney Metro deliveries and pickups
- Safely operate HR and MR Pantech vehicles
- Complete delivery documentation accurately
- Perform manual handling where required
- Undertake pallet-on/pallet-off deliveries




- Adhere to all road transport and workplace safety regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 2 years proven driving experience
- Current RMS driving history printout
- A current and valid HR Driver's Licence
- Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles
- Previous experience operating Heavy Rigid and Medium Rigid Pantech trucks
- A robust safety focus and commitment to compliance
- Good knowledge of Sydney Metro roads and delivery routes
- The ability to perform physical work and manual handling tasks
- A reliable work ethic and professional attitude

Pre-Employment Requirements

Successful applicants will be required to undergo and pass:

- A Fitness for Work Medical Assessment
- Drug and Alcohol Screening
- Licence and Reference Checks
