A unique opportunity exists for a drivenCasual Showroom Assistant at our Caringbah, NSW Showroom.
Your positive and persistent approach to customer service and community engagement will see your success in this location. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with the will to succeed, who is not afraid to pro-actively build relationships and drive sales. Initially, this would be for approximately 10 - 20 Hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Engaging incoming customers, assisting them with their questions and being able to convey the range of services that are available
- Respond to email enquiries and liaise with customers over the phone to fulfill requests.
- Providinginformation to customers about our products from physiotherapy items to mobility scooters, recliner lift chairs through to our range of home care beds, home oxygen therapy and more…
- Processing quotes, orders and hire contracts efficiently.
- Following all WHS requirements at a showroom level.

- Have agenuinedesire to help others with your knowledge and abilities.
- You will have second to noneadministration skills, including the ability toprioritise your time
- You may have SAP experience, which ispreferable to have.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Proof of Working Rights in Australia
