We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and adaptable professional to fill the role of Afternoon Crew Team Member at our branch in Garbutt.

About the role:

On a typical day, you'll be picking and assembling customer orders, loading trucks, managing inbound stock and helping keep our warehouse tidy, organised and running like clockwork.This is a physical position with some heavy lifting.

Duties:

- Consolidate pallets for truck loading




- Maintain all equipment service and maintenance schedules
- Coach, mentor and execute performance management as required
- Control and reduce warehouse expenses by minimising damages, wastage and overtime
- Liaise with the Operations Manager regarding labour requirements and work process changes
- Promote protected working procedures and ensure policies are implemented and adhered to
- Maintain truck run schedules and despatched truck registers

About the Candidate

- Current Forklift licence advantageous
- Proven experience in warehousing and distribution and inventory control
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Computer literacy, including the ability to quickly learn internal systems
