We’re a small, fast-growing ecommerce brand based in Noosaville, and we’re looking for someone reliable, organised and proactive to join our team.

This is a hands-on role across order fulfilment, warehouse operations and customer service, with the opportunity to grow into other areas of the business over time.

This is a hands-on role across order fulfilment, warehouse operations and customer service, with the opportunity to grow into other areas of the business over time.

The Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in doing things properly.

You’ll play an important part in delivering a smooth customer experience, from the moment an order is placed through to dispatch, support, returns and follow-up.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Picking, packing and dispatching daily online orders accurately and efficiently

- Ensuring customers receive the correct items and orders are packed with care

- Keeping stock organised, tidy and easy to locate

- Assisting with inventory checks and stock accuracy

- Responding to customer emails, enquiries and returns in a friendly and professional way

- Assisting with order issues, shipping enquiries, product questions, exchanges, faulty product claims and general support

- Escalating customer issues where needed and helping maintain a positive customer experience

- Supporting day-to-day ecommerce operations

- Assisting with product launches, promotions,



pre-orders and sale periods

- Helping review and improve customer service templates and internal processes

- Creating or appearing in social media content, such as product videos, promos and behind-the-scenes clips

- Pitching in with other tasks as the business grows

Customer service and attention to detail are a major part of this role. We need someone who understands that small mistakes can have a big impact on the customer experience.

- Able to take initiative and look for ways to improve processes

- Willing to pitch in where needed

- Comfortable appearing on camera for brand content

- Interested in jewellery, fashion, ecommerce or growing brands

Skills & Experience Required

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role

- Ecommerce experience preferred

- Customer service experience

- Strong attention to detail

- Strong written communication skills

- Good computer skills

- Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks

- Ability to work well in a small team

- Shopify experience is a bonus

Hours

We are open to either full-time or part-time for the right person.
