Driver / Warehouse Storeperson - Full-time | Canberra

We are currently seeking a reliable, physically fit Driver/Warehouse Storeperson to join a leading supplier in the stainless steel and aluminium industry.

This role would suit someone with previous experience working within a steel, aluminium, industrial products, building supplies, or wholesale distribution environment who enjoys a combination of driving, customer service, and warehouse operations.

To be successful, you will have:

- Current HR Licence (essential)
- Current Forklift Licence (LF) (would be nice)
- Experience working with steel, aluminium, building products, industrial supplies, or similar products highly regarded
- Ability to safely and regularly lift up to 25kg
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety




- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to pass alcohol and drug testing, including hair testing
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical assessment

Key responsibilities include:

- Daily deliveries throughout Canberra, Queanbeyan, Yass, Goulburn, Cooma, Wagga Wagga and the South Coast
- Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift and manual handling techniques
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
- Receiving and dispatching stock
- General warehouse duties and stock control
- Providing qualified and friendly customer service during deliveries
