Accor is seeking a Reception Agent to welcome guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a memorable first impression and smooth check-in/check-out experience across our property.
You will greet guests, respond to requests, upsell hotel facilities, and promote services while maintaining a high standard of service. Fluency in English is required; previous experience with Opera or similar PMS is an asset. This role offers opportunities to grow within the property and across the Accor portfolio.
