We are seeking skilled and customer-focused Security Officers to deliver high-quality security services. In this role, you’ll help maintain a safe and secure environment through proactive surveillance, access control, incident response, and stakeholder engagement.

About The Role

Play a key role in keeping people, assets, and facilities safe. As a Security Officer, you’ll deliver frontline security through patrols, monitoring, access control, and incident response—while always providing a professional and customer-focused presence.

Job Location: Sydney CBD

Contract: Permanent full time & part time opportunities available

Pay Rate:SSIA Level3 & 4

Shift Pattern: Day and Night shift available

Key responsibilities

Primary Duties include And Not Limited to

- Conduct routine patrols and security checks
- Perform alarm response and incident management
- Maintain control room and site security operations
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems
- Identify and respond to suspicious behaviour or incidents
- Maintain accurate surveillance records
- Escort visitors, contractors, and personnel
- Monitor movement of goods and deliveries
- Respond to security breaches and alarms
- Support emergency evacuation and incident coordination
- Liaise with emergency services when required
- Complete accurate reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations

About You

- Must have Security Licence,Classification 1A(Unarmed Guarding)




- Valid First Aid Certificate(3yearsvalidity) withcurrent CPR Certificate(1 year validity)
- Ability to explicit an Australian Police Check
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent observation, problem-solving, and reporting abilities
- Confidence using security systems and MS Office
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Experience with CCTV, alarms, and access control systems
