At Land Raxx, we make adventure easy. We design and bring to market functional, high-quality 4WD and overlanding accessories and we're growing rapid and scaling our team. That's where you come in. Every order that goes out the door, and every customer who gets looked after, runs through you.

About the role

This is a hands-on, full-time role running our fulfilment. Your first priority every day is getting customer orders picked, packed, and shipped fast and right. Around that, you'll keep the warehouse humming. You will manage stock, consumables, packaging and look after our customers directly answering enquiries, sorting postage issues, processing refunds, and helping people find the right product for their setup.

Twelve months in, you'll have made yourself the person who owns operations here with the systems, processes, and know-how in place for us to scale without things breaking.

What you'll do

- Pick, pack, and fulfil customer orders — this is priority number one, every day

- Run the warehouse — manage consumables, packaging supplies, and stock so nothing runs dry and everything has its place

- Own customer service — handle enquiries via email and phone, resolve postage and delivery issues, process refunds and returns





- Assist with sales — when a customer enquiry is a buying question, help them get to the right product

- Systemise operations — document and improve how we do things so the business is ready to scale

What we're looking for

You’ll need:

- Proven ability to work autonomously — you're a self-starter who doesn't need someone standing over you

- Experience with Shopify or another ecommerce platform

- Strong organisational skills — you can juggle fulfilment and customer enquiries and know which one needs you right now

- Great written and verbal communication for customer-facing work

- Physically comfortable with hands-on warehouse work (lifting, packing, moving stock)

Bonus points for:

- A background in warehousing, logistics, or 3PL

- Experience in a small business or startup where you wore multiple hats

- Genuine interest in 4WDing, camping, or the outdoors — you'll be talking to our customers every day
