A Country Garden Early Childhood Centres is seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team. About the Role

This position guarantees a minimum of 20 hours per week , with shifts scheduled within school hours . The role is primarily focused on lunch relief duties , though you may be involved in other parts of the program as needed. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to ensure continuity of care, smooth transitions, and a warm, welcoming environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nurturing, responsive care during daily routines and transitions

- Assist with lunch breaks and support educators across rooms

- Engage with children in meaningful play and learning

- Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment





- Communicate positively with children, families, and colleagues

- Uphold the EYLF, NQS, and all regulatory requirements

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum)

- Experience working in an early childhood setting

- A genuine passion for children’s learning and wellbeing

- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing needs throughout the day

- Current WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and other required compliance certifications
