About the Role

As a Laser & Beauty Therapist, you will deliver a range of advanced aesthetic treatments while providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our clients. You’ll play an important role in the continued growth of our clinic by maintaining high professional standards and contributing to our brand both in-clinic and online.

- Previous experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry
- Excellent customer service and consultation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Reliable, organised and motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for aesthetics and delivering exceptional client outcomes

Experience in the Following Treatments is Highly Regarded

- Advanced Facials
- Pico Laser (Tattoo Removal and Skin Rejuvenation)
- EMS Body Sculpting
- Red Light Therapy
- Skin Rejuvenation Treatments
- Lash and Brow Treatments
- Experience operating a variety of advanced aesthetic machines and technologies
- Additional beauty or aesthetic treatment experience will be highly regarded

Key Responsibilities





- Deliver high-quality treatments and personalised client consultations
- Provide exceptional customer service from consultation through to aftercare
- Educate clients and confidently recommend suitable treatment plans and services
- Assist with creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, including treatment videos, before-and-after photos and behind-the-scenes content
- Be comfortable appearing in social media content and helping promote the clinic’s services
- Contribute to growing our online presence by creating engaging content that attracts new clients
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional clinic environment
- Support the ongoing growth of the business through initiative, professionalism and teamwork
