Workforce International – Wetherill Park NSW

Please Note: This is a pork-processing and refrigerated distribution facility. Applicants must be comfortable handling raw pork products and, where required, assisting with live animal unloading .

Workforce International is currently seeking Loaders & Unloaders, Machine Operators, and Pick Packers to join a fast-paced team at a modern food manufacturing and refrigerated distribution facility in Wetherill Park.

- Day Shift: 5:00am - 1:36pm | $33.25/hr
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:36pm | $37.24/hr
- Handling and processing raw pork products
- Unloading pigs from trucks (for unloading team roles)
- Manual handling and lifting (15-20kg+)
- Working in chiller, freezer, and cross-dock environments
- Operating production machinery (where required)
- Maintaining HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
- Cleaning and general housekeeping
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

About You

- Available to work full time,



Monday to Friday
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual work
- Comfortable working in cold environments
- Comfortable handling pork products
- Reliable transport
- Previous experience in meat processing, food production, warehousing, or labouring (preferred)
- A reliable team player with good communication skills
