Job Description

The Store-person/Warehouse Dispatcher duties include but is not limited to:

- Accurately pick and pack orders of a high volume for dispatching
- Kit assembly for packing and despatch of pick slips (Suspension kits)
- Manual handling of stock boxes including heavy lifting
- Unloading and loading of trucks
- Pallet stacking/sorting and strapping/wrapping pallets for dispatch
- Receiving and receipting invoices
- Assisting other team members when required in different areas
- General warehouse duties including housekeeping of dispatch area
- Operation of a counterbalance / high reach forklift
- Unloading of containers

About the Candidate

This role suits someone who likes a challenge and is willing to work in a fast-paced environment.





The successful applicant must possess the following:

- MUST HAVE a forklift license
- Current drivers license
- Good English communication skills with supervisor, fellow team members, and customers
- Physically fit and healthy
- Be able to follow procedures and directions from the Warehouse Manager
- Previous working experience in a warehouse setting
- Have the ability to work autonomously and part of a team.
- Have previous experience using RF Scanners
- Show initiative in assigned tasks and attention to detail
- Time Management skills to adhere with multiple dispatch cut off times
- Automotive knowledge would be an advantage from previous industry experience or personal experience.
