This is not a standard reception role. It is a performance-based patient coordination position with clear expectations, accountability, and genuine chance for growth.

This role suits someone who enjoys high standards, measurable growth, and becoming an important part of a rapidly expanding practice.

The Role

You will initially train within our established Mascot practice before being based primarily at our Eastgardens/Pagewood location as the practice continues to grow.

You may also be required to work across both locations as rostered.

You will:

- Confidently manage phone, email and in-person enquiries
- Guide patients from first enquiry through to treatment commencement
- Clearly present fees and high-value treatment plans
- Proactively progress patients into next stages of care
