Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers, processing orders and returns, managing invoices, and supporting daily branch operations. You will be essential in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and concerns
- Process sales orders, returns, credits, and payments
- Prepare and issue invoices; assist with banking




- Coordinate deliveries and liaise with freight companies
- Support warehouse operations and delivery scheduling
- Manage inventory, stock transfers, and office supplies
- Report breakages and assist with stocktakes
- Perform regular inventory checks
- Follow up on outstanding payments (as required)

- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Solid computer skills
- Reliable transport (essential)
