About the Role

We are seeking reliable and motivated casualFactory Operators and Factory Handsto support the day-to-day operations of our Toowoomba facility. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, contributing to the efficient processing and packing of quality products.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain high standards of food safety and product quality
- Achieve daily production KPIs
- Sort product and remove defects in accordance with specifications
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment
- Perform packing and manual handling tasks
- Undertake cleaning and basic operational maintenance
- Rotate across different areas of the factory as required
- Conduct forklift operations (where licensed)
- Complete basic computer tasks and general housekeeping

About You
