We're looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist & Content Creator to join our front-of-house team at our leading cosmetic injectables clinic.
This role is perfect for someone who loves the beauty industry, enjoys creating engaging social media content, and thrives in a client-focused workplace.
Position Available
- Casual Receptionist & Content Creator
- Mondays and Tuesdays only
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting clients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing bookings, appointment schedules and client enquiries
- Answering phone calls, emails and social media messages in a professional and timely manner
- Creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms
- Filming treatments, behind-the-scenes content and day-to-day clinic life
- Editing and scheduling social media content
- Assisting with marketing initiatives and helping grow our online presence
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming reception area
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Someone who presents themselves in a polished and professional manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- A passion for the cosmetic, beauty and aesthetics industry
- Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok, including filming and editing
- Confidence using Canva, CapCut, Instagram and TikTok (preferred)
- Previous reception or customer service experience is highly regarded but not essential
- A creative eye and understanding of current social media trends
