We’re offering apaid full time traineeship for a motivated individual to join our team and complete aCertificate III in Community Services while gaining hands‑on experience supporting some of the most vulnerable people in our local area.

About the Role

This is a fantastic entry‑level opportunity to kick start your career in the community services sector. As a trainee, you’ll learn from experienced professionals while working directly and indirectly supporting people with disabilities. You’ll be part of a person‑centered team that values compassion, respect, and empowerment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting in the delivery of support coordination services for people with disabilities
- Supporting case management and care planning
- Helping individuals connect with local services and resources
- Gaining experience in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), including support coordination
- Building meaningful relationships with participants and their support networks




- Administrative tasks related to community service delivery

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

- A recent school leaver (no prior experience required – just the right attitude!)
- Enthusiastic about helping others and passionate about making a difference
- A strong communicator with a caring and respectful nature
- Willing to learn, reliable, and committed to completing a 12‑month traineeship
- Interested in working in a person‑centred and inclusive environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ideally aged between 18-21 years.
- Has obtained their drivers license
