Mental Health & High Intensity Experienced Workers

We are looking for experienced, compassionate support workers to provide consistent, high-quality care to our female participants living in NDIS accommodation properties. If you have a background in mental health, enjoy providing complex support, genuinely enjoy building trusting, long-term support relationships, we want to hear from you.

Strong mental health experience matters! This role requires more than physical care skills. Our client perks most from workers who understand the connection between mental wellbeing and daily independence — people who can provide calm, trauma-informed support and foster a consistent, trusting environment. Experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, or complex psychosocial needs is an absolute must!

What the role involves

- Morning shifts
- Evening shifts
- Medication assistance
- Bowel and catheter care support
- Personal care and daily living support

All clinical training is delivered by our RN-led team.



You will never be expected to start before you feel confident and prepared.

What we are looking for

- Demonstrated experience supporting people with mental health needs
- Reliability and commitment to consistent, long-term care relationships
- Calm, respectful, and person-centred approach
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Driver licence, own vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Casual role to commence, ranging between $36.81 to $46.70 per hour depending on candidate qualifications and participant needs.
