St Ives Chase Pharmacy is seeking a proactive, customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team. In this part time role, you’ll support the Pharmacist and team with day-to-day operations, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to positive community health outcomes.

Days Required

Monday 9:30am - 530pm
Saturday 9am - 2pm

Key Responsibilities

- Provide warm, professional customer service and process transactions accurately
- Assist with non-prescription enquiries under pharmacist guidance
- Support dispensing and stock management, including inventory and stock takes
- Complete routine administrative and clerical tasks
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented pharmacy environment

About You

- Previous Pharmacy Assistant or retail/customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a genuine interest in healthcare
- Comfortable with pharmacy software or willing to learn
