About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Factory Hand to join our Coopers Plains team immediately . This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with on-site parking and easy access to public transport.

Key Responsibilities:

- Packing and loading customer goods for pick-up
- Operating a forklift (essential)
- Assembly operations and removing parts from laser/plasma cut sheets
- Grinding, sanding, and linishing of metal components
- Tapping, nutserting, and studding of components
- General housekeeping and assisting with folding/fabrication tasks
- Ad hoc duties as directed by the Production Supervisor

About You:





- Current Australian forklift licence (essential)
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and physically fit
- Experience in laser/plasma cutting and fabrication (desirable)
- Positive hand/eye coordination and ability to work independently
- Flexible for weekend overtime (optional for extra earnings)
- Applicants must have Australian work rights and be willing to undergo pre-employment drug & alcohol testing.
