Based in Newcastle NSW 2300, the Governance Officer works closely with the Chair, Board and Executive Team to support effective governance, operational excellence and smooth administration of Board and Committee functions.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years' governance experience, strong attention to detail, and high-level written and computer skills.
