Physiotherapists (Graduates and Experienced)

Pathways Residences is a boutique Residential Aged Care provider with 4 locations across Sydney.

We are seeking graduates and senior physiotherapists alike to join our caring team. There are full time and part time roles available across our 4 facilities in:

Senior physiotherapist positions require a minimum of 2-5 years of physiotherapy experience.

Northbridge NSW 2063

The role:

Working with elderly Australians, you will be providing high quality assessment and treatment of chronic conditions. You will be involved in a holistic treatment approach with our Residents including initiatives on preventing falls, as well as delivering group exercises.

Prior aged care experience is required for senior physiotherapist positions.

GRADUATES

Graduate physiotherapists can expect to be mentored and be guided by Senior Physiotherapists.



A outstanding transition from university into the workforce, you will receive training and experience as a physiotherapist, as well as an insight into the aged care industry, with a view to more responsibilities within 6-12 months. This of course will include a pay review.

SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPISTS

Senior physiotherapists can expect competitive wages, and a workplace that is rewarding. Graduate wages start from $30-$35/hour + superannuation

Senior physiotherapists $40-$55/hour negotiable on experience + super
