Outright Roofing Pty Ltd is a locally owned and growing roofing company based in Newcastle/Lake Macquarie. We specialise in residential and commercial metal roofing and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship, maintaining a strong safety culture, and supporting our team to develop long-term careers.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated 1st or 2nd Year Apprentice Roof Plumber to join our team immediately.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working:

- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am - 3:30pm

You will work alongside experienced and qualified roof plumbers, learning all aspects of the trade while completing your apprenticeship.

Your Responsibilities

- Assist qualified tradesmen with the installation of residential and commercial metal roofing.
- Learn all aspects of roof plumbing, including roofing, wall cladding, gutters, fascia and rainwater systems.
- Safely use hand and power tools.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Attend TAFE and complete all apprenticeship requirements.
- Maintain a professional attitude on site and represent the company positively.

About You

We're looking for someone who:





- Holds a current driver's licence (or is working towards obtaining one).
- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Is physically fit and enjoys hands-on work.
- Is reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Is motivated to learn and take direction.
- Has good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Wants to build a long-term career in the roofing industry.

Previous construction experience is an advantage but not essential.
