Life Without Barriers invites applications for an Intensive Therapeutic Care Worker (Significant Disabilities) in the Central Coast. The role supports a young person with complex needs using trauma‑informed care to promote wellbeing and growth.

The roster includes afternoon, sleepover and weekend shifts in a 24/7 residential setting; a Diploma in Community Services or higher is preferred, with First Aid and a valid driver’s licence required.
