LO Forklift Operator: Automotive Warehouse

Primary Duties

- Order Picking: Operating a Man-up Order Picker (LO) to retrieve automotive parts from high-level racking.
- Inventory Management: Using RF scanners to track stock movement and ensure 100% SKU accuracy.
- Manual Handling: Picking and packing items ranging from small sensors to bulky components (exhausts, bumpers, tires).
- Pallet Building: Consolidating orders onto pallets, keeping heavy items at the base and securing fragile parts.
- Replenishment: Transferring incoming stock into designated pick faces.

Shift Details & Overtime

- Base Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating/fixed shifts:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

- Overtime (OT):



Available before/after standard shifts and on weekends during peak operational demands.

Compliance & Requirements

- License: Valid High-Risk LO License required.
- Harness Safety: Mandatory daily inspection and 100% hook-up compliance.
- Machine Checks: Completing daily pre-operational logs.
