Nestled amongst the vines, gardens and roaming peacocks of Krinklewood Estate, Cézan Trattoria & Bar is a vibrant dining destination celebrating seasonal food, biodynamic wine and genuine hospitality.

We're looking for warm, energetic and reliable Front of House team members to join us on a casual basis with a minimum commitment of 2-3 shifts per week. Whether you're an experienced hospitality professional or someone with a passion for people and service, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an opportunity to work across our restaurant, cellar door, weddings, events and luxury accommodation experiences, all within one of the Hunter Valley's most unique destinations.

A Hospitality Role With Work-Life Balance

Unlike many hospitality venues, the majority of our trading hours are during the day. Most shifts are between 9am - 5pm , centred around lunch service, wine tastings and guest experiences across the estate.

While occasional evening shifts are available for weddings, private events and special functions, this is primarily a daytime hospitality role, making it ideal for someone looking for more consistent hours and a better work-life balance.

About the Role

- Deliver exceptional food and wine experiences to guests
- Welcome and host visitors in our restaurant, cellar door and event spaces
- Take food and beverage orders and process payments through Square POS




- Assist with reservations and guest enquiries
- Support weddings, private events and estate experiences
- Set up and pack down dining and event spaces
- Work collaboratively with our chefs, event team and management

About You

- Has previous hospitality experience (restaurant, café, bar, cellar door or events preferred)
- Loves creating memorable guest experiences
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Is reliable, professional and enjoys working in a team
- Holds a current RSA (or is willing to obtain one)
- Is available to work weekends, public holidays and event days
- Has an interest in food, wine and hospitality
