Zoom Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Fleet Allocations Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced transport operation based in Erskine Park.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised transport professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working closely with drivers, customers, and operations teams to ensure efficient fleet utilisation and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Allocate daily transport runs and fleet resources
- Coordinate driver schedules and vehicle movements
- Monitor delivery and collection performance
- Communicate with drivers regarding route changes and operational requirements
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure service levels are met
- Manage transport documentation and system updates
- Respond to operational issues and provide effective solutions




- Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in transport allocations, fleet coordination, or transport operations
- Strong knowledge of transport and logistics processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Robust computer skills and experience using transport management systems
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable and professional work ethic
