About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Saxophone Instrumental Teacher to join our Music Department. In this term-time role, you will provide engaging saxophone lessons, inspire students to develop their musical skills, and support our vibrant instrumental music program.

About You

You are someone who:

Is an experienced and confident saxophone teacher.

Enjoys working with children and young people.

Builds positive relationships with students and families.

Is organised, reliable and professional.

Supports the Christian values of the College.





Strong saxophone performance and teaching skills.

Experience teaching primary and/or secondary students.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Current Blue Card (or the ability to obtain one).

Eligibility to work in Australia.

Responsibilities:

You will:

Teach individual and small group saxophone lessons.

Plan lessons that meet each student's needs.

Encourage students to practise and develop their skills.

Prepare students for performances and examinations where appropriate.

Support College concerts and music events.

Work collaboratively with the Music team.

Maintain accurate student records and communicate with families as required.
