Shoalhaven Medical Imaging providesquality care with personal and friendly service to our referrers and patients.
We are looking for a receptionist to join our team. This is afull-time position 5 days per week.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Meet and greet patients
- Answering incoming calls
- Provide information regarding procedures and preparations
- Invoicing and receipting patient accounts
- General office admin, petty cash, post office, banking, deliveries.
The successful candidate will have:
- A caring and compassionate manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task within a busy team workplace
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A 'can-do' attitude and medical customer service experience would be ideal.
