Learning Links is seeking a Customer Support Consultant for a part-time, 30.4-hour-per-week role at the Peakhurst office. You will guide families from initial enquiry to assessment and therapy bookings, engaging with families to understand needs and provide guidance on services and funding options.
You will balance customer experiences with team KPIs, manage high volumes of calls and emails, and work closely with clinical and program teams in a supportive, outcomes-focused workplace.
