Sleep Period | 10:00pm – 6:00am

We are currently seeking experienced Casual Sleepover Disability Support Workers to join our team across multiple Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes in Oonoonba, Currajong, Bohle Plains and Kirwan. These positions involve supporting participants with complex support needs in a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will play an important part in supporting participants to live safely and comfortably in their home. You will assist with personal care, daily living activities, evening and morning routines, overnight supervision, and providing emotional support when required.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking applicants who have:

- Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or a related field
- At least 12 months of experience in disability support
- Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities and complex support needs
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable insured vehicle
- Strong communication skills and a professional, reliable approach to work
