About You

You will:

- Be a genuine people leader who is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and supporting colleagues to succeed.

- Understand that our guests and colleagues are our greatest priority and consistently place people at the centre of decision‑making.

- Build strong relationships with guests, colleagues and leaders through open communication and collaboration.

- Foster a positive, inclusive and high‑performing team culture.

- Have previous supervisory or senior food and beverage experience in a premium restaurant, hotel or hospitality venue.

- Possess robust food, beverage and service knowledge.

- Have a passion for wine, with wine knowledge highly regarded. Experience with wine service and food pairing will be advantageous.

- Be confident coaching, mentoring and developing team members.

- Hold a current NSW RSA.

About the Role

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will:

- Lead front‑of‑house service and provide hands‑on support during service periods.

- Supervise, motivate and develop a team of waiters and bartenders.

- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through attentive and personalised service.

- Support daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.

- Assist with staff training, coaching and performance development.

- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and compliance.

- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues effectively.

- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Support rostering,



stock control and operational administration as required.
