You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting dispatch schedules, and ensuring materials are stored and handled safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming goods
- Maintain precise inventory records and conduct regular stocktakes
- Organise and store materials safely and efficiently
- Prepare, pick, and pack orders for dispatch according to schedules
- Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries
- Assist with general warehouse and stores duties as required
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience using an inventory management system
- Intermediate skills in MS Office
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
