We have exciting opportunities for 3Passenger Reduced Mobility Agents ,located at the International Terminal and are looking for energetic, positive individuals who are passionate about delivering impeccable customer service.

Important Note on Physical Requirements

This is a highly physical role. Successful candidates must be capable of performing duties that involve:

Continuous walking throughout large terminal areas

Safely operating and manoeuvring wheelchairs

Supporting passengers with reduced mobility, including assisting with heavy personal items or baggage when required

Pushing, pulling and guiding passengers over long distances

Working on your feet for the majority of the shift

Candidates must be confident they can perform these physical tasks safely and consistently.

What you’ll be doing

Assist and transport passengers requiring wheelchair assistance or Meet & Assist (MAAS) services to and from gates.

Support passengers with reduced mobility and unaccompanied minors with baggage and personal belongings.

Work closely with Passenger Service Supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.

Escort passengers connecting to further flights or terminals.

Perform additional duties as directed by Managers or Supervisors.





Qualifications and Experience

Ability to perform a highly active role, including pushing and manoeuvring passengers in wheelchairs

Physical capability and stamina to perform a role requiring continuous standing, walking, pushing and lifting.

Solid customer service and communication skills.

High standard of professional grooming and presentation.

Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
