Strive Community Care on the Sunshine Coast seeks Therapeutic Care Workers for permanent part time and casual roles. You will help provide care within therapeutic homes, mentor youth in OOHC, and work across a 24/7 roster including sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.

The role emphasises trauma-informed approaches, safety, and holistic family-style support. Training and mentoring opportunities are offered to grow within the organisation.
