Club Bradley is looking for a hands‑on Bar andEventSupervisor to elevate our member experience. This role blends operational supervision, event execution, and team leadership in a vibrant, welcoming environment.

What You Will Do:

- Lead and Inspire: Direct, train, and motivate a small, dedicated front‑of‑house team.
- Master the Bar: Oversee inventory management, including precise ordering and routine stocktakes.
- Create Events: Set up, run, and oversee small‑scale club functions and member events.
- Ensure Excellence: Maintain high service standards, compliance, and a welcoming clubhouse atmosphere.

What We Are Looking For:

- Proven experience in a bar, club, or hospitality role.
- Strong organisational skills to handle stock control and event logistics.
- A positive, motivating leadership style that brings out the best in the team.
- Flexibility to work rosters across our core hours (mostly 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM).
- Weekend availability is essential.

This role is paid on an hourly basis in accordance to the award.
