Orion Aluminium is seeking a motivated Trainee/Offsider to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent school leaver, someone starting out in the trades, or anyone looking to learn a skilled profession. No previous experience is required—we'll provide full on-the-job training.

This is a hands-on role where you'll learn both the fabrication and installation of premium aluminium windows and doors. You'll work alongside experienced tradespeople in our factory and in office, gaining valuable skills while earning a full-time wage.

What You'll Do

- Assist with the fabrication of premium aluminium windows and doors in our factory.
- Assist with the installation of windows and doors on high-end residential projects across Sydney.
- Learn to safely use hand and power tools and fabrication equipment.
- Load and unload materials and prepare worksites.
- Work as part of a professional team while maintaining a safe and organised work environment.

What We're Looking For

- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Eagerness to learn and build a long-term career.
- Reliable, punctual and physically fit.
- Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- White Card (or willingness to obtain one).
- Driver's licence is an advantage but not essential.
