Receptionist / Dental Assistant (Part-Time)

Proud Smile Jnr is a modern children's dental practice committed to providing exceptional dental care in a fun, welcoming setting. We are looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist/Dental Assistant to join our team.

This is a part-time position working 4 days per week , with the occasional Saturday.

About the Role

- Greeting patients and their families
- Managing appointments, phone calls and emails
- Chairside assisting the dentists and oral health therapists
- Instrument cleaning, sterilisation and infection control
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception and clinical environment
- Providing excellent customer service to our patients and families

About You





- Have previous experience in a dental reception and/or dental assisting role
- Enjoy working with children and their families
- Have a bright, bubbly and positive personality
- Be organised with excellent communication and time management skills
- Be reliable, professional and able to work well within a team
- Be confident using computers and learning new software
- Experience using Praktika software is a bonus, but not essential
- A Certificate III in Dental Assisting is desirable, but not essential
