Erina Leagues Club is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Club Allrounders to join our team in Erina, NSW. This casual role offers flexible shifts across various departments, including bistro, gaming, bar, courtesy bus, reception, promotions, and bingo. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be rostered across multiple areas while having a primary department focus, ensuring excellent service and a great experience for our patrons.

Available Departments & Responsibilities:

- Assist with the operation of gaming machines while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Process payouts and provide customer assistance as needed.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee.
- Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe gaming environment.
- Adhere to Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG) requirements.

Reception, Promotions & Bingo

- Greet patrons, manage enquiries (phone/email/in person), handle function enquiries, and provide club information.
- Process recent/renewal memberships, ensure forms are complete and accurate, maintain member records, manage batches and general reception/admin tasks.
- Check ID and sign-ins, enforce club rules, handle transactions,



and elevate incidents or issues to supervisors.
- Assist with club promotions, raffles, and member events.
- Encourage member participation in promotions and support the marketing team with promotional activities.
- Safely transport members and guests to and from the Club within a 5km radius in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
- Hold a current NSW Driver Licence.
- Take food orders and deliver meals efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation and plating as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas.
- Provide friendly and prompt customer service.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
- Barista skills are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Current RSA and ARCG certifications or willingness to obtain.
- Full, unrestricted driver’s license for courtesy bus applicants.
