About the Role
HPS Riverina is seeking a motivated and dependable Hospital Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team in Wagga Wagga.
This role supports the delivery of safe and efficient pharmacy services within a hospital environment, helping ensure medications and pharmacy supplies are available when needed. You will work closely with pharmacists and healthcare teams while developing valuable skills across medication supply, inventory management and pharmacy operations.
This position offers a great work-life balance, with flexibility available on days and hours for the right candidate.
Rostered Hours
- Monday: 9:00am – 2:00pm
- Thursday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
Flexible days and hours may be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense and prepare medications accurately and efficiently
- Manage stock, inventory and medication replenishment activities
- Support pharmacy operations and medication supply services
- Maintain accurate records and comply with pharmacy procedures
- Assist with stocktakes and inventory management processes
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists and healthcare teams
About You
- Previous pharmacy experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to accuracy,
safety and quality standards
- Flexible and reliable approach to work
