As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to maintain and enhance green spaces across various contracts within Logan and Brisbane

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

- Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
- Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
- Complete service requests as required
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
- Monday to Friday work schedule with early start and early finish
- Competitive hourly rate
- Uniform and PPE supplied
- Vehicle and fuel card supplied
- Ongoing safety training programs and resources available
- Possibility of overtime in warmer months

What are we looking for?

- Previous experience in Gardening using push and ride on mowers, brush cutters,



hedgers, secateurs, weed control and spraying
- Valid Manual Drivers Licence
- White Card
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
- Be punctual and reliable
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
- Solid work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
