This is a Community based Aged Care role. You will be required to drive during your work day. You must be available weekends and up to 7pm weeknights.

Your Role as Care Worker

You’ll deliver this role by:

Assist clients withpersonal care, hygiene, showering, mobility, and meals

Support clients withdomestic tasks , including house cleaning, laundry, ironing, and meal prep

Providesocial and community support and assist with transport to appointments or shopping

Follow clients’care plans and report changes in wellbeing to the Coordinator/Case Manager

Contribute ideas toimprove services and teamwork

Location – Bundaberg and Surrounding Suburbs

What We’re Looking For

Must be available every weekend and weeknights until 7pm

Positive, flexible attitude with strongcommunication and teamwork skills

Ability to work acrossflexible hours and shifts





Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)

Must hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence and comprehensively insured vehicle

Relevantprobity checks as per legislation and WMQ policy
