Foundations Care is seeking Youth Workers to join our team at residential houses in Bundaberg. Casual and Part Time positions are available, with pay up to $49 per hour and penalty rates as high as $100 per hour on public holidays.
Role involves supporting young people with daily routines, welfare and development in a welcoming residential setting. You will mentor, coach and collaborate with a team to promote life skills and independence.
