We're an established Korean-inspired boutique day spa located in Westfield Warringah Mall, with a loyal client base, premium treatments and a supportive team that genuinely enjoys working together.

We're looking for an experienced Beauty Therapist who is ready to take the next step into a Lead Therapist role. You'll continue doing what you love, delivering beautiful treatments, while also supporting and mentoring our junior therapists to help them grow.

About the Role

As our Lead Therapist, you'll spend most of your day delivering exceptional treatments while helping maintain the high standards that Sarang Spa is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:





- Performing premium facials, relaxation massage, spa packages, waxing and tinting
- Building strong relationships with clients and delivering outstanding customer care
- Supporting and mentoring junior therapists through coaching and guidance
- Helping maintain presentation and service standards across the spa
- Assisting with stock management and daily operations
- Using Kitomba to manage appointments and client records
- Contributing ideas to continually improve the client experience

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys both hands-on treatments and helping others become better therapists.

Ideally you'll have:

- A recognised Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy
- At least 3 years' experience in a skilled beauty or day spa environment
- Experience mentoring, supervising or supporting other therapists
- Confidence performing both advanced facials and relaxation massage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to lead by example
- Full Australian working rights
