The Opportunity

As an HR Driver, you'll be responsible for safely operating collection vehicles while delivering outstanding service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Safely operating waste collection vehicles
- Loading, transporting and unloading commercial and industrial waste materials
- Delivering loads to designated recycling and disposal facilities
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Completing daily vehicle checks and maintaining vehicle presentation
- Complying with all fatigue management, safety and operational requirements

About You

We're looking for a reliable and safety-focused driver who enjoys working independently and as part of a team.

- Unrestricted HR Licence
- Experience or willingness to operate a variety of trucks
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Forklift Licence (desirable but not essential)
- Clean driving record
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
