Darwin Harbour Cruises is seeking a passionate Chef to join our kitchen brigade for seven-day cruising operations on the Charles Darwin vessel. The casual role averages 20–30 hours per week, with shifts up to 10 hours between 7:00am and 11:00pm, seven days a week, at Stokes Hill Wharf, Darwin.

You will lead food preparation, ensuring high-quality meals for lunch and dinner cruises, while maintaining hygiene and safety standards in a energetic onboard environment.
