About the Role

As a Retail Assistant / Picture Framer, you'll work closely with experienced framers to learn the art of custom picture framing. Every day is different as you help customers design the perfect frame before bringing their vision to life.

You’ll conduct design consultations, guide customers through frame, matboard and glass selections, and handcraft custom frames for everything from artwork and family photographs to canvases, mirrors, sports jerseys, memorabilia and other treasured keepsakes. Using industry-leading framing equipment, you’ll learn specialised skills while creating products you’re proud to put your name to.





You’ll report directly to the Store Manager and receive comprehensive training to ensure you have all the tools and support needed to succeed.

About You

You genuinely enjoy helping people and creating positive customer experiences. You’re warm, approachable and naturally build rapport with others. You have a creative eye, enjoy hands‑on work and take pride in producing quality results.

You’re organised, reliable and able to manage your time effectively, even in a busy retail workplace. You enjoy working as part of a close‑knit team but are equally comfortable working independently when required. Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a commitment to delivering exceptional service every day.

Previous picture framing experience isn't necessary—we'll teach you everything you need to know.
