Sunshine Coast Orthopaedic Group (SCOG), Maroochy Private Hospital (MPH), and the Sporting Chance Foundation (SCF) are looking for an organised, creative, and AI-curious all-rounder to support our brand, engagement, and community work.

What You'll Do

- Crafting creative APHRA compliant social media content to land across all social platforms
- Designing marketing collateral – flyers, brochures, signage and more that can be utilised for events, campaigns and promotional activity
- Updating website content and generating impact stories for the website and newsletter
- Assisting with our events, from CPD workshops and patient information mornings to fundraising activities, including on-the-day support and content capture
- Track and report on social media and website performance (engagement, reach, growth) to inform content decisions
- Supporting our SCF committee with agendas, minutes,



and follow-ups
- Researching grants and sponsorships, and helping pull together applications for SCF
- Providing general admin and PA support, and being a friendly first point of contact

About You

- Confident, active user of social media platforms, with an eye for what performs well
- Ability to design scroll stopping social content
- Fluent in using AI tools for content creation, drafting, and research; genuinely curious about applying AI across the role, not just content
- Understanding of APHRA compliance marketing
- Background in the events space – coordinating or supporting workshops, functions, fundraisers or similar
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional written communication
- Interest in sport, health, or the not‑for‑profit sector
