Mind and Memory Service on the Gold Coast is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to assist participants under the NDIS within a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists. The role involves person-centred care, daily living support, and promoting independence across complex needs.

We welcome applicants with Certificate III/IV in Disability or related fields, robust communication, and experience with ASD/ADHD, aged care, or dementia.
