Following structured care plans and behaviour support strategies

Working collaboratively within a small, dedicated team

MUST HAVE GROWN UP IN AUSTRALIA with explicit English speaking language (as per participant support requirements)

Demonstrated experience in disability support, mental health, or complex care

Certificate IV, Diploma, and/or strong lived experience or similar

Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively within an Australian context

Reliable, consistent, and committed to long-term support roles
